Once you save the number, send a WhatsApp message saying SASSA 

Follow all the prompts and enter your ID number and details

There is also a USSD code option for those who wish to apply via their phones. For this, dial 134*7737# on your mobile phone, follow the prompts and enter your ID number, and then complete the verification process and submit your application.
